\nhave left the PDP. There are also indications that more would follow.
\nThose who have left are Former Deputy governor, Ebebi Peremobowei; Commissioner for
\nMineral Resources, Makson Feyegha; former Special Adviser and commissioner, Alamene
\nWilliams; and SA Urban Security, Evarada Abednego.
\nOthers are SA Conflict Resolution, Timipa Nimigbe; SA Political Matters, Stephen Diver; SA ICT
\nDevelopment, Lawrence Ebele; SA Agriculture, Godspower Ake; SA Student Affairs, Tony Ipogi;
\nSA Community Development, Ombu Napoleon; Director for Ethics and Compliance, Ben Ogbura
\nand Ward 2 chairman, Eberemo Local Council, Berry Negerese.
\nPointblanknews.com learnt that Dickson took a political risk when he decided to sponsor his on
\ncandidate for the Governorship spot against the choice of the party, for self preservation
\npurposes. His lackey, and PDP governorship candidate, is incumbent Senator, Douy Diri, while
\nthe party wanted Timi Alaibe.
\nParty sources hinted that Dickson\u2019s calculation is to have his man in Government House and at
\nthe same time pick up the Senate seat expected to be vacated by Diri if he wins.
\nPointblanknews.com also gathered that for weeks top brass of the party, including Former
\nPresidents, Goodluck Jonathan, Olusegun Obasanjo, Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike,
\nappealed to Dickson to allow the people\u2019s will prevail and not impose anyone.
\nSources also hinted that Dickson allegedly compromised PDP chairman, Uche Secondus with N3 Billion to ensure Diri emerged.
\nMost of those who are leaving the party in droves, have vowed to teach Dickson a political
\nlesson of his life by throwing their weight behind the candidate of the All Progressives Congress
