President Muhammadu Buhari has condemned attacks that resulted in the<\/div>\n
\n
death of 13 persons in Plateau State, assuring that terrorism, banditry,
\nkidnapping and associated crimes will be defeated.<\/p>\n

“In Plateau State, gun men launched yet another bloody attack, killing
\ninnocent citizens. This shocking and sad incident should be condemned by
\nall citizens,” he said.<\/p>\n

President Buhari reiterated that “revenge, hatred and violent attacks
\nshould have no place in a multi-ethnic, multicultural and
\nmulti-religious society as we have in this country.”<\/p>\n

The President called on community and religious leaders to counsel the
\nyouths on the need for peaceful co-existence.
\nPresident Buhari sends condolences to families of the victims,
\ngovernment and people of Plateau State, and urged security agencies on
\nassignment in the state to rediscover their act and stop, forthwith, the
\nreturn of the ugly days of tit-for-tat.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
