(Three Billion, Nine Hundred Million Naira).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The contracts which were in 136 slots were for entrepreneurship programs such as building skills training, tailoring\/fashion design training, web application and design training, digital photography training, Cake Making and confectionaries, and baking\/bread making training.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">A letter sent to the former Acting MD, Dr. Akwagaga, is requesting that she explains the reasons for the award and why payments were made without verifications.
