Our attention has once again been drawn to another mischievous and ill-conceived social media publication of a letter dated 28th July, 2020,purportedly signed by Mr. Peter Claver Okoro(Director Legal Services, NDDC) in which he demanded that Gbene Dr. Joi Nunieh (former Acting Managing Director) should refund the sum of N1.96.Billion to the NDDC, within seven (7) days. \u00a0Gbene Nunieh has till this 13th day of August, 2020, not received a copy of the said letter.<\/div>\n
\n

However, electronic copies of the letter\u00a0werecirculated on the\u00a08th \u00a0of\u00a0August, 2020, to various online media handlers and organisations in a desperate attempt to blackmail, discredit and malign Gbene Nunieh as part of a grand conspiracy to silence her.<\/p>\n

We sincerely thank all reputable online media handlers and organisations\u00a0who bluntly refused to be used as conduits for the distribution and publication of the letter, on the grounds that, Nigerians are eagerly\u00a0awaiting\u00a0the decision of\u00a0Mr.President\u00a0on the report of the worrisome on-going contract scams, financial recklessness, corruption, abuse of office and mismanagement being perpetrated at the NDDC.<\/p>\n

In times past, we would have chosen to ignore the letter and remain silent in the face of\u00a0this apparent provocation, but based on our experiences and knowledge of the grand conspiracy against Gbene Nunieh, as recently witnessed by Nigerians\u00a0in thisreal life case of \u201ccorruption fighting back\u201d,\u00a0we are once\u00a0again\u00a0pushed to speak out publicly\u00a0as we observe this display of arrogance \u00a0 corrosive power play the most corrupt individual in our political history.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The letter was intentionally published to instigate and\/or mislead the general\u00a0public\u00a0into believing that Gbene Nunieh was indicted by the Senate\u00a0Adhoc\u00a0Committee on Investigation of the Alleged Financial Recklessness in the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) for misappropriation of funds.<\/p>\n

During the historic 4 month\u00a0tenure of Gbene Nunieh, she blocked\u00a0all\u00a0leakages in her determination to reposition the NDDC in the interest of the\u00a0people\u00a0of the Niger Delta, as confirmed on page 34, point\u00a04,\u00a0of the Committee\u2019s Report,\u00a0by\u00a0Mr.\u00a0Joe\u00a0Adia\u00a0who is the Chairman of the NDDC Contractors Association. \u00a0This\u00a0was also been confirmed\u00a0by Sen.\u00a0Godswill\u00a0Akpabio on Arise Television,\u00a0on the 12th\u00a0of July,\u00a02020,\u00a0(where he had no choice,\u00a0but to publicly declare to Nigerians)\u00a0that Gbene Nunieh is not corrupt and she has no case of corruption against her.\u00a0It is obvious that the said\u00a0Mr.\u00a0Okoro\u00a0rushed to post the said letter online, instead of delivering a copy to Gbene Nunieh\u00a0because,\u00a0the Senate Committee Report which indicted the present Expanded Interim Management Committee (EIMC) was released.<\/p>\n

Let it be known that the Senate Committee did not indict Gbene Nunieh,\u00a0instead they\u00a0indicted the Prof\u00a0Pondei\u00a0led EIMC for the fictitious and back-dated contract\u00a0awarded\u00a0for the\u00a02nd\u00a0supply of Lassa fever Personal Protection kits for 185 LGA Areas,\u00a0which was\u00a0paid for\u00a0by the EIMC on\u00a0the 15th\u00a0of\u00a0April, 2020,\u00a0during the Covid19 Lockdown two months after the removal of Gbene Nunieh\u00a0and several other fraudulent contracts\u00a0awarded and paid for by them.<\/p>\n

It is on record that,\u00a0Gbene Nunieh did not award a single contract throughout her 4 month\u00a0tenure as MD because, the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) had in its\u00a0letter dated, 8th\u00a0November, 2019, queried the NDDC for the award of indiscriminate emergency contracts.<\/p>\n

The committee stated\u00a0in its report,\u00a0the reasons why they recommended\u00a0the\u00a0EIMC to make the refund of a total of\u00a0N4.93 Billion,\u00a0to the Federation account.\u00a0\u00a0No\u00a0where\u00a0in the 121\u00a0page Report, did the committee indict or recommend Gbene Nunieh to refund a single Kobo to the Federation account.<\/p>\n

The signatory of the letter,\u00a0Mr.\u00a0Okoro, was a Deputy Director in the Legal Services Directorate,in the first two months of Gbene\u00a0Nunieh\u2019s\u00a0tenure as the MD. \u00a0He was later redeployed from the NDDC headquarters in Port Harcourt, to the\u00a0State Office\u00a0at\u00a0Yenagoa,\u00a0based on a security advice against him,\u00a0for being the head of a notorious cartel involved in the sales of fake and back-dated contracts, IPCs and legal agreements, who had defrauded several unsuspecting Nigerians.<\/p>\n

Sadly, but not surprising, he was redeployed back to the headquarters immediately after the removal of Gbene Nunieh,\u00a0by the EIMC and\u00a0rewarded\u00a0with an illegal \u00a0promotion as Director Legal Services,\u00a0in contravention of the Public Service Rules (PSR). \u00a0It was part of the illegal promotions made by the present EIMC, which was described by the representative of the Head of Service of the Federation (whilst giving evidence before the Senate Committee) as being \u201cstrange\u201d and\u00a0in clear contravention of S. 020701 (diii) of the PSR, which provides that only the Federal Civil Service Commission\u00a0(or a Governing Board as stated in the NDDC Establishment Act, 2000)\u00a0has the responsibility to promote officers from SGL 15-17 on the recommendation of the Head of the MDA\u00a0and not\u00a0the EIMC.<\/p>\n

Mr.\u00a0Okoro\u00a0was imposed on and illegally employed by the NDDC, as a Deputy Director without an application letter, advertisement for vacancy, examination, nor interview for his employment only few years ago, and in clear contravention of S. 020102 of the PSR which, provide that, only the Federal Civil Service Commission can make such an appointments to positions\u00a0of\u00a0SGL 12-17 based on the needs and availability of vacancies, after due advertisements have been published. \u00a0\u00a0Therefore,\u00a0Mr.\u00a0Okoro\u00a0was not eligible for employment into the Federal Civil Service as listed in sections 020205, 020206 and 020207 of the PSR, in the first instance.<\/p>\n

He has showed\u00a0in his letter that he is not conversant with the sections of\u00a0the\u00a0NDDC Establishment Act, 2000, as he usurped the powers of the MD to\u00a0write\u00a0an external letter on behalf of the commission.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

We are not surprised that\u00a0Mr.\u00a0Okoro\u00a0made himself a willing tool\u00a0to be used to implement the agenda of his superiors\u00a0and\u00a0to revenge his redeployment. He\u00a0failed\u00a0to name his anonymous superiors,\u00a0who he claimed directed him to write the letter, because they are too afraid of the wrath of Gbene Nunieh, who is always ready to produce more documentary and substantial evidences against them, especially as none of the allegations made by Gbene Nunieh against them,\u00a0have been denied nor controverted till this day.<\/p>\n

In\u00a0paragraph 1\u00a0of his letter,\u00a0Mr.\u00a0Okoro\u00a0referred Gbene Nunieh to a memo dated January 17th, 2020, written by a Director, EHSS\u00a0requesting\u00a0for payment for the Lassa Fever\u00a0Personal Protection\u00a0Kit. \u00a0Contrary to\u00a0Mr.\u00a0Okoro\u2019s\u00a0claim, the memo did not contain any paragraph advising Gbene Nunieh against the payment for the Lassa Fever\u00a0Personal Protection\u00a0Kits. \u00a0It was\u00a0rather,\u00a0a request for the payment for the Kits\u00a0written by the Director EHSS for the\u00a0contract awarded by\u00a0the previousmanagement\u00a0led by\u00a0Prof. Nelson\u00a0Brambaifa. \u00a0All kits\u00a0procured, supplied\u00a0and delivered to the NDDC warehouses in Port Harcourt. \u00a0Gbene Nunieh\u00a0only\u00a0discovered the abandoned kits when she led other members of\u00a0her\u00a0IMC including\u00a0Dr.\u00a0Cairo\u00a0Ojougbo(EDP) and late Chief\u00a0Bassey\u00a0Ettang\u00a0(EDFA) on an inspection tour of the various NDDC warehouses.<\/p>\n

The EDFA initiated and personally took responsibility of working with the Director EHSS\u00a0in putting in place all payment\u00a0processes with the Audit, Planning and Finance Departments for the payment for the Kits. \u00a0The EDFA and EDP (Dr.Cairo\u00a0Ojougbo) both accompanied Gbene Nunieh to defend the payment for the Kits before the House of Representatives Committee on NDDC. \u00a0They also accompanied\u00a0her\u00a0to the handover\u00a0ceremony of the kits\u00a0to\u00a0various state\u00a0Governors\u00a0of\u00a0Abia, Imo, Rivers, Edo,\u00a0Ondo\u00a0and Delta. \u00a0The events are\u00a0all\u00a0captured\u00a0and can be viewed on\u00a0Youtube.<\/p>\n

In\u00a0paragraph 2,\u00a0Mr.\u00a0Okoro\u00a0referred to an un-named Director,\u00a0whom he claimed wrote\u00a0anothermemo and a minute to Gbene Nunieh. \u00a0He then referred\u00a0to\u00a02 directors who he claimed advised Gbene Nunieh\u00a0to include the\u00a0untitled program in the 2020 budget.\u00a0Mr.\u00a0Okoro\u00a0lied in his letter because no\u00a0director ever sent Gbene Nunieh a minute,\u00a0(minute contain records of what is done at meetings and not personal opinions). \u00a0He did not\u00a0name\u00a0the directors who he claimed wrote the memo and minute because no Director\u00a0wrote any memo to Gbene Nunieh advising her not to pay for any \u201cprogram\u201d nor did any Director advise her to include any \u2018program\u2019 in the 2020 budget. \u00a0The\u00a0contract mentioned\u00a0in the Committee\u2019s Report for the payment of N1.96\u00a0Billion,\u00a0had nothing to do with any\u00a0NDDC\u00a0program\u00a0but a contract paid for by the EIMC on the 15th\u00a0of April 2020.<\/p>\n

In\u00a0Paragraph 3,\u00a0he accused\u00a0Gbene Nunieh of disobeying the advice of\u00a0the\u00a0un-named\u00a0directorsclaiming\u00a0that she went \u201cagainst established due process principles and practice.\u00a0\u00a0This sound like the so called case of \u201cinsubordination\u201d raised by Sen. Akpabio\u00a0against Gbene Nunieh.<\/p>\n

He\u00a0also did not\u00a0state the exact due process principles and practice he was referring to. \u00a0He also failed to state who Gbene Nunieh directed to make the said payment of the sum of N1.96 Billion,\u00a0and the name of the person who was paid the money for the program. \u00a0He was\u00a0therefore intentionally\u00a0economical with the details of thereal contract for which the EIMC indicted and asked to refund the sum\u00a0of\u00a0N1.96\u00a0Billion,\u00a0becausehe was not bold enough to write\u00a0in his letter that the Committee\u00a0indicted Gbene Nunieh. \u00a0 Instead,he\u00a0chose to demand Gbene Nunieh to pay the sum of N1.96 Billion, to the NDDC Account\u00a0in accordance \u201cwith the Committee\u2019s Recommendation\u201d, which does mean anything.<\/p>\n

In\u00a0paragraph 5, he\u00a0demanded that Gbene Nunieh should pay in the sum of N1.96 Billion into the NDDC\u2019s Account within 7 days of\u00a0his \u00a0letter, which is dated the 28th\u00a0of July, 2020, but which was published online 11 days after,\u00a0on the 8th\u00a0of August,\u00a02020.<\/p>\n

The Committee in Section 513, paragraph 2 of its\u00a0Report,\u00a0in relying on the false\u00a0testimony\u00a0of\u00a0Dr.Cairo\u00a0Ojougbo\u00a0(Acting EDP)\u00a0who\u00a0made reference to a fictitious and unexecuted, fraudulently\u00a0back-dated\u00a02nd\u00a0Lassa Fever Personal Protective Kits Contract\u00a0paid for on the 15th\u00a0April, 2020, which the Prof.\u00a0Pondei\u00a0led EIMC failed to prove\u00a0that they were delivered to any of the\u00a0185 LGAs in the Niger Delta.<\/p>\n

The committee in paragraph 51 of its Report expressed concern that\u00a0Dr.\u00a0Cairo\u00a0Ojougbo\u00a0verbally told the Committee that NDDC staff were used\u00a0and paid\u00a0as contractors,\u00a0for the\u00a0purported\u00a0distribution of the kits to\u00a0undisclosed\u00a0185 LGAs.\u00a0\u00a0 The committee stated that they were not convinced that kits got to the end users because,\u00a0the EIMC failed to provide any verifiable evidence of proof of delivery of the kits to the end users\u00a0as claimed by them.<\/p>\n

The committee\u00a0expressly\u00a0stated\u00a0that,\u00a0the NDDC staff purportedly used by\u00a0the\u00a0EIMC for the distribution of the kits namely:<\/p>\n

(a)\u200bAffiong\u00a0Ekong\u00a0(paid N36.75 Million)<\/p>\n

(b)\u200bAdebayo\u00a0Adetimehin\u00a0(paid N18.33 Million)<\/p>\n

(c)\u200bAbraham\u00a0Derefaka\u00a0(N5.97 Million)<\/p>\n

were actually proxies who were paid huge sums of money in pretext of distributing the kits to the 185 LGAs\u00a0and\u00a0that the N1.895Billion said to have been\u00a0paid\u00a0for the procurement of the said Kits by the EIMC and the N61.07 Million paid for the distribution of the kits and logistics to their proxies (total N1.96 Billion) could not be accounted for by the EIMC. \u00a0Meanwhile,\u00a0the Gbene Nunieh led IMC distributed the\u00a01st\u00a0Lassa\u00a0Fever\u00a0Personal Protective Kits FREE OF CHARGE to the various states and no staff\u00a0of the NDDC\u00a0was used as delivery contractors.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0All deliveries\u00a0were made\u00a0at no cost to the NDDC.<\/p>\n

The Committee\u00a0further\u00a0held that the risk inherent with the use of staff as logistic contractors by the EIMC is considered enormous,\u00a0as the EIMC could not guarantee the delivery of the items to the end users in\u00a0any of\u00a0the 185 LGAs and they\u00a0could not present any verifiable proof of the delivery of the items to the end users.<\/p>\n

The committee was\u00a0also\u00a0not presented with any concrete reason\u00a0why the EIMC did not engaged none staff as logistic contractors. \u00a0This is an example of the\u00a0audacious\u00a0abuse of process principle and practices\u00a0going on presently at the NDDC. \u00a0It has never happened in the history of our great country\u00a0Nigeria\u00a0that\u00a0staff of\u00a0any MDA or ministry\u00a0are\u00a0officially paid as contractors.<\/p>\n

On page 117,\u00a0of its Report,\u00a0the committee recommended that\u00a0the \u00a0EIMC\u00a0should refund the sum of N1.96 Billion,\u00a0being part of the\u00a0total sum of N4.923 Billion,\u00a0(covering 6 items) to the Federation\u00a0Account. \u00a0No\u00a0where\u00a0in the Report\u00a0did the Committee\u00a0recommend\u00a0that,\u00a0Gbene Nunieh should\u00a0refund\u00a0the sum of N1.96 Billion paid for\u00a0the\u00a02nd\u00a0contract\u00a0which was fraudulently back-dated by the EIMC to seem like it was awarded during the tenure of Gbene Nunieh which ended on the 16th\u00a0of February 2020. \u00a0During the hearing, the EIMC lied to the Committee that Gbene Nunieh awarded the 2nd\u00a0Lassa Fever Personal Protection Kits Contract, which is shamefully untrue but luckily, documentarily evidence of all payments made by the Gbene Nunieh led IMC and the Prof.\u00a0Pondei\u00a0led EIMC showed that the Prof.\u00a0Pondei\u00a0led EIMC\u00a0paid\u00a0the said sum N1.895 Billion as the contract sum for the procurement \u00a0of the\u00a02nd\u00a0set of Lassa Fever Personal Protection Kits Contract \u00a0for purportedly procured for the 185 LGAs of the Niger Delta, and the sum of N61.07 Million purportedly paid by staff (proxies) for the delivery and logistics paid by the EIMC during the COVID18 Lockdown on\u00a0the 15th\u00a0of April,\u00a02020,\u00a0(two months after she was removed from office).<\/p>\n

We are very happy that the EIMC is now ready to comply with the recommendations\u00a0made by\u00a0the Senate committee to refund all monies stolen from the coffers of the NDDC for fraudulent contracts, which includes the said\u00a0contract,\u00a0sum of\u00a0N1.96 Billion paid by the EIMC for the fictitious unexecuted contract,\u00a0for which they failed to provide a single name of at least one out of the 185\u00a0LGAs or a name of one Chairman of LGA\u00a0(whom the kits were purportedly handed over to), or\u00a0atleast\u00a0one\u00a0hospital in any of the LGA\u00a0where theydelivered the Kits to.<\/p>\n

Nigerians can now see that the 2nd\u00a0Lassa Fever Kits fictitious\u00a0Contract awarded and paid for by the EIMC on the 15th\u00a0of April 2020\u00a0was awarded as a conduit to steal the said N1.96 Billion with no intention to execute, because the kits procured by Prof.\u00a0Brambaifa\u00a0which were paid for\u00a0and donated to the various State Governments are not exhausted. \u00a0All Lassa Fever\u00a0Fever\u00a0cases in Delta, Edo and\u00a0Ondo\u00a0states have been contained and there are no more reported cases of Lassa\u00a0Fever\u00a0in the Niger Delta States since the removal of Gbene Nunieh.\u00a0This is a confirmation of the allegation made by Gbene Nunieh\u00a0at the Committee hearing\u00a0against Sen. Akpabio, that he pressurized\u00a0her to award the same kind of fictitious emergency contract for relief materials and medical\u00a0Productsfor the 2019, flood victims. \u00a0He\u00a0(Sen. Akpabio)\u00a0insisted that the\u00a0proposed fictitious flood material\u00a0contract would not be executed but the money (N5 Billion) will be paid\u00a0to fake contractors who would share the money to\u00a0himself and the IMC members.\u00a0All documents relating to the proposed contract was prepared by\u00a0Dr.\u00a0Cairo\u00a0Ojougbo\u00a0(EDP). \u00a0As a credible Nigerian, and a founding member of the anti-corruption ideological and political movement called The\u00a0Buhari\u00a0Organisation (TBO)\u00a0Gbene Nunieh bluntly refused to\u00a0obey his directive to award a fraudulent and fictitious N5 Billion contract.\u00a0\u00a0This was\u00a0one\u00a0of the reasons why she was removed for\u00a0\u201cinsubordination\u201d.<\/p>\n

After checking with the Bureau for Public Procurement (BPP) the committee concluded that the procurement of the\u00a02nd\u00a0contract awarded for the procurement\u00a0Personal Protective and Lassa Fever Kit contract paid for on the 15th\u00a0day of April 2020 by the EIMC did not pass through the procurement process therefore,\u00a0the monies paid by the EIMC must be refunded. This recommendation had nothing to do with Gbene Nunieh.<\/p>\n

The committee\u00a0on page 117\u00a0further recommended that\u00a0the\u00a0EIMC\u00a0should\u00a0refund the\u00a0following\u00a0sums of money under the \u201cRefund of Extra Budgetary Expenditure\u201d:<\/p>\n

1.\u00a0N85.7\u00a0Million,\u00a0purportedly\u00a0paid for overseas travel\u00a0to\u00a0EIMC\u00a0members\u00a0during the Covid19 lockdown.<\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

2.\u00a0N105.5\u00a0Million,\u00a0purportedly\u00a0paid for non-existent Scholarship grants.<\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

3.\u00a0N164.2 Million,\u00a0purportedly\u00a0paid to the NDDC Staff Union members\u00a0for, a journey to Italy,during the Covid19 lockdown<\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

4.\u00a0N1.12\u00a0Billion,\u00a0purportedly\u00a0paid for public communication activities during the Covid19 lockdown for which the\u00a0EIMC\u00a0failed to provide evidence of places where the campaigns took place.<\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

5.\u00a0N1.49\u00a0Billion,\u00a0purportedly\u00a0paid\u00a0for\u00a0Covid19 relief materials which was not\u00a0procured.<\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

6.\u00a0N1.96\u00a0Billion,\u00a0purportedly\u00a0paid for the Lassa Fever Personal Protection Kits meant for the 185 LGAs which the EIMC failed to provide evidence that were procured and delivered.<\/div>\n

The committee also recommended that apart from the 6\u00a0items\u00a0to be\u00a0paid by\u00a0the EIMC\u00a0they are also to refund\u00a0the sum of N143.55m paid by them\u00a0to 5\u00a0other\u00a0Staff of PRS\/MIS\u00a0Department of the NDDC\u00a0as \u201cAdvance for the 2020 budget Participatory Conference\u201d which the EIMC failed to prove\u00a0thatit held.<\/p>\n

We hereby\u00a0alert all Niger\u00a0Deltans\u00a0that the EIMC audacious\u00a0made\u00a0more\u00a0extra budgetary payments of over\u00a0N24.2 Billion,\u00a0between\u00a0May 28th\u00a0and\u00a0July 28th 2020.<\/p>\n

We\u00a0once again\u00a0challenge the EIMC and\u00a0SenAkpabio to show\u00a0Nigerians,\u00a0evidence that the Forensic Audit\u00a0exercise\u00a0has started. Our position that the Forensic Audit has not started,\u00a0remains uncontroverted till this day,\u00a0as the\u00a0Federal Executive Council (FEC)\u00a0HAS NOT approved\u00a0the procurement of the Forensic Auditors\u00a0because the Due Process Certificate of No Objection issued by the BPP\u00a0to the NDDC,\u00a0is\u00a0predicated on\u00a0the 2020 Appropriation Budget year. \u00a0\u00a0The EIMC\u00a0shamefully\u00a0could not\u00a0even\u00a0defend\u00a0its own\u00a02020 budget before the National Assembly before they went on recess.\u00a0Therefore, since\u00a0the 2020 budget\u00a0has not been approved\u00a0by the National Assembly, FEC has not approved the\u00a0procurement of 9\u00a0underlisted\u00a0Forensic Auditors recommended by Senator Akpabio\u00a0in accordance with the Public Procurement Act 2007:<\/p>\n

Nigerians will recall that that\u00a0Dr.\u00a0Cairo\u00a0Ojougbotold the National Assembly Committee that 4 of the 9 above named \u201cForensic\u201d Auditors are \u201cInternationally Acclaimed Auditors\u201d.\u00a0Res\u00a0IpsaLoquito.<\/p>\n

We join all\u00a0Nigerians\u00a0in\u00a0demanding\u00a0for the immediate refund of all monies purportedly paidby the EIMC\u00a0to Youths and Chiefs (in all 185 LGAs)\u00a0for the\u00a0project\u00a0identification exercise\u00a0with the none existent Forensic Auditors which Prof.\u00a0Pondei\u00a0claimed to have paid for whilst giving evidence \u00a0before the House of Representative Committee. \u00a0This is another fraudulent payment made by the EIMC\u00a0because,\u00a0the\u00a0NDDC has a database of all\u00a0projects\u00a0awarded since the establishment of the NDDC in\u00a02000. \u00a0The list and location of all projects in different states are in the 9 state offices, so there is no need to pay billions of Naira to unidentified persons to help the NDDC and none existent Forensic Auditors identified NDDC project sites.\u00a0Afterall,\u00a0booklets containing the list of all projects, their\u00a0locations and cost of projects were handed over to the various state governments by Gbene Nunieh.<\/p>\n

Gbene Nunieh\u00a0join\u00a0Mr.\u00a0President and the good people of Nigeria\u00a0to appeal to the EIMC to pay the fees of all 2019 beneficiaries of the NDDC scholarship, which she approved for payment before her removal\u00a0as our students are suffering abroad. \u00a0She\u00a0approved\u00a0a new\u00a0NDDC scholarship model\u00a0which will take effect with the next batch of the\u00a02020\u00a0beneficiaries. \u00a0The beneficiaries will be\u00a0one student per ward from the 185 Local Government Areas in the\u00a0Niger Delta States. \u00a0 All first class graduates are to get automatic scholarships. \u00a0The beneficiaries are to be\u00a0identifiedby the community Development Committees (CDC), and the\u00a0Scholarships are for NigerianUniversities,\u00a0except\u00a0in special\u00a0the\u00a0cases where the courses are not offered in any Nigerian University.<\/p>\n

We thank our Almighty Jehovah for His grace and mercy upon the life of Gbene Nunieh. \u00a0Our thanks\u00a0goes\u00a0out to the Executive Governor of Rivers\u00a0State\u00a0Chief\u00a0Nyesom\u00a0Wike\u00a0and his beautiful wife whom God used to rescue her. \u00a0He has indeed proven that he will indeed protect the lives and properties of all Rivers people.<\/p>\n
