{"id":77875,"date":"2021-01-24T02:38:08","date_gmt":"2021-01-24T01:38:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/?p=77875"},"modified":"2021-01-24T02:38:08","modified_gmt":"2021-01-24T01:38:08","slug":"lady-dies-after-boyfriend-pushes-her-from-five-storey-building","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/exclusive\/lady-dies-after-boyfriend-pushes-her-from-five-storey-building\/","title":{"rendered":"Lady Dies After Boyfriend pushes her from five-storey building"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"m#msg-f:1689716146987864406\" class=\"mail-message expanded\">\n<div class=\"mail-message-header spacer\">A 23-year-old lady has died after she was pushed from the 5th floor of a five storey building in Awada, Idemili North Local Government Area of Anambra State, the Anambra Police command has confirmed.<\/div>\n<div class=\"mail-message-content collapsible zoom-normal mail-show-images \">\n<div class=\"clear\">\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The lady was allegedly pushed down by her\u00a0boyfriend, a-37-year old Nonso Eze over a disagreement.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Eze has been arrested by the police over the crime.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The Anambra State Police Command Public Relations Officer, CSP\u00a0Haruna Mohammed confirmed the incident.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>He said, &#8220;On 23\/1\/2021 at about 6:30am,there was a report at Awada police Station that on the same day at about 3:am a girl of about 23years old whose name and address is yet unknown fell down from the 5th floor of a five storey building at N0.6 Orakwe close,fizzle Awada Obosi in Idemili North LGA of Anambra State.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>He said the police operatives attached to Awada Division visited the scene, photographed the victim and rushed her to Bex hospital Onitsha for medical attention but was certified dead on arrival by a medical doctor.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Consequently, preliminary inquiry from the occupants of the compound revealed that the girl was allegedly pushed down from the room of one Nonso Eze &#8216;m&#8217; aged 37years of same address who is occupying the 5th floor following a quarrel.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>He noted that the suspect was subsequently arrested and search executed in his appartment where a pair of female slippers and unused condom was recovered as exhibits.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>According him, the corpse was deposited at the hospital mortuary for autopsy while investigation is ongoing to ascertain circumstances surrounding the incident after which suspect will be brought to book<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mail-message-footer spacer collapsible\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Related Posts generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A 23-year-old lady has died after she was pushed from the 5th floor of a five storey building in Awada, Idemili North Local Government Area of Anambra State, the Anambra&hellip;<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on wp_trim_excerpt --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on wp_trim_excerpt --><!-- AddThis Related Posts generic via filter on wp_trim_excerpt --><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":77876,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_lmt_disableupdate":"","_lmt_disable":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[17],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-77875","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-exclusive"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.8 -
