{"id":79248,"date":"2021-03-21T16:02:26","date_gmt":"2021-03-21T15:02:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/?p=79248"},"modified":"2021-03-21T16:02:26","modified_gmt":"2021-03-21T15:02:26","slug":"ngf-condemns-attack-on-gov-ortom-says-attempt-a-shock-rude-awakening","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/other-news\/ngf-condemns-attack-on-gov-ortom-says-attempt-a-shock-rude-awakening\/","title":{"rendered":"NGF Condemns Attack On Gov Ortom, Says Attempt A Shock, Rude Awakening"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"m82516\" class=\"mail-message expanded\">\n<div class=\"mail-message-header spacer\">The Nigeria Governor\u2019s Forum (NGF) says the news of the broad daylight<\/div>\n<div class=\"mail-message-content collapsible zoom-normal  \">\n<div class=\"clear\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">attempt to cut short the life of the Governor of Benue State, Dr. Samuel<br \/>\nOrtom, is shocking and a rude awakening.<\/p>\n<p>The NGF in a statement on Sunday empathized with the governor and the<br \/>\npeople of Benue State on the sad, cowardly, and wicked plan.<\/p>\n<p>Governor Kayode Fayemi of Ekiti state who is also Chairman of the NGF<br \/>\nvehemently condemned the act in its entirety.<\/p>\n<p>In his communique on behalf of the forum, Fayemi said all hands must be<br \/>\non deck to uncover the identities of those involved in this heinous<br \/>\ncrime.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe NGF wishes to state categorically that the attempt to make Benue<br \/>\nState ungovernable is unacceptable and will fail woefully.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOnly recently the brother of one of the former governors of the state<br \/>\nwas mowed down in cold blood.
