Wednesday in Port Harcourt, the Rivers state government and Nigeria\u2019s
\nfrontline engineering construction company, Julius Berger Nigeria Plc,
\nsigned a road construction contract for the dualisation of the ever-busy
\nAhoada\u2013Omoku road Phase 1. The contract is sequel to the ongoing
\nconstruction of other superbly engineered and very functional roads,
\nflyover bridges and other infrastructures across Port Harcourt by Julius
\nBerger.<\/p>\n
The state governor, His Excellency Ezenwo Nyesom Wike, CON, at the
\nsigning ceremony held inside the State Exco Council Chambers recalled
\nwhat he described as \u201cthe good work Julius Berger is doing about our
\ninfrastructures in the state,\u201d adding that he expected no less high
\npremium performance from the company which is generally acknowledged as
\nthe nations infrastructures development partner of choice for any
\ntechnically challenging projects, especially those of\u00a0 high priority
\nacross the country. The Governor also called on the communities on the
\nproject corridor and related stakeholders to maintain social harmony and
\ncooperate with the contractors for project accomplishment as scheduled
\nby the Government.<\/p>\n

\nwho represented Julius Berger\u2019s Managing Director, Engr. Dr. Lars
