{"id":84426,"date":"2021-08-04T11:38:38","date_gmt":"2021-08-04T10:38:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/?p=84426"},"modified":"2021-08-04T11:38:38","modified_gmt":"2021-08-04T10:38:38","slug":"breaking-court-stops-agf-dss-from-arresting-sunday-igboho","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/exclusive\/breaking-court-stops-agf-dss-from-arresting-sunday-igboho\/","title":{"rendered":"BREAKING: Court stops AGF, DSS from arresting Sunday Igboho"},"content":{"rendered":"<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Justice Ladiean Akintola of the Oyo High Court has approved an ex-parte motion restraining the Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, and the Department of State Security (DSS) from arresting, harassing, intimidating and blocking bank accounts of Yoruba Nation agitator, Sunday Adeyemo, popularly known as Sunday Igboho.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nThe order was approved after an ex-parte motion moved by Igboho\u2019s lawyer, Chief Yomi Aliu (SAN), at the court on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe court has ordered that he must not be arrested, detained, or killed in the next 14 days.
