{"id":87730,"date":"2021-10-28T19:51:23","date_gmt":"2021-10-28T18:51:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/?p=87730"},"modified":"2021-10-28T19:51:23","modified_gmt":"2021-10-28T18:51:23","slug":"pdp-convention-court-reserves-ruling-on-secondus-till-friday","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/news\/pdp-convention-court-reserves-ruling-on-secondus-till-friday\/","title":{"rendered":"PDP convention: Court reserves ruling on Secondus till Friday"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"m16076\" class=\"mail-message expanded\">\n<div class=\"mail-message-header spacer\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">An Appeal Court sitting in Port Harcourt on Thursday reserved ruling on an appeal filed by the suspended National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Uche Secondus, urging the court to suspend the party\u2019s national convention scheduled for October 30 and 31, 2021 in Abuja respectively.<\/div>\n<div class=\"mail-message-content collapsible zoom-normal  \" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div class=\"clear\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\nThe three-man panel, led by Justice Haruna Tsammani, after presiding over the adoption of written addresses from the legal counsel for Secondus, Tayo Oyetibo, SAN and 11 respondents, reserved ruling till Friday.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\nCounsel for the PDP (6th respondent), S.I.
