Air Vice-Marshall Mohammed Maisaka(retd), Proprietor and\u00a0 MD of MSK Hospital Rigasa, has been killed by bandits in Kaduna State.<\/div>\n

He was shot dead a few hours ago at his residence at Makarfi Road, Rigasa Kaduna.<\/p>\n

The police in Kaduna State have commenced investigation into the murder of AVM Maisaka and his grandson.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The police called on members of the public to avail it with useful and timely information that could lead to the arrest of the killers.<\/p>\n

Maisaka, who operated\u00a0 a private hospital in Kaduna, was killed by gunmen at his residence in Ragasi, Igabi Local Government Area of Kaduna.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Speaking to journalists, the Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, of Kaduna Command, ASP Muhammad Jalige, confirmed the killing, saying the deceased\u2019s gateman was also injured in the incident.He said: \u201cThe incident occurred in the early hours of Tuesday. Maisaka\u2019s gateman sustained injuries from the attack.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

“When the information was received, the Commissioner of Police, Mudassiru Abdullah, directed the Divisional Police Officer and the Area Commander to the scene.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe corpse has been evacuated to the hospital and the gateman has also been rushed to the hospital for treatment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cDetails of the incident would be made available soon,\u201d he said.Meanwhile, there was calm at the scene of the incident, but some people were seen in groups nearby, discussing the development.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
