{"id":88797,"date":"2021-11-20T03:32:26","date_gmt":"2021-11-20T02:32:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/?p=88797"},"modified":"2021-11-20T03:32:26","modified_gmt":"2021-11-20T02:32:26","slug":"i-watched-my-brother-die-i-saw-his-life-support-machine-go-off-aliko-dangote-to-tinubu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/news\/i-watched-my-brother-die-i-saw-his-life-support-machine-go-off-aliko-dangote-to-tinubu\/","title":{"rendered":"I watched my brother die, I saw his life support machine go off \u2013 Aliko Dangote to Tinubu"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"m20415\" class=\"mail-message expanded\">\n<div class=\"mail-message-header spacer\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Businessman Aliko Dangote has narrated how his younger brother Sani Dangote died in a Hospital in Miami, America.<\/div>\n<div class=\"mail-message-content collapsible zoom-normal  \" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div class=\"clear\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\nDangote narrated details of his brother\u2019s passing during a visit by the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, Ahmed Bola Ahmed Tunubu who was on a condolence visit to the family.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\nDangote said doctors informed his family that Sani was going to die and that he and members of their family were present when the doctors announced that Sani would pass within the hour.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\nHe added that they watched as the life-support machine went down, ticking out the time as Sani gave up the ghost.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\nHe said, \u201cI was there myself, Sani\u2019s mother and some of his other brothers, we were all there, they told us that in an hour he would die\u201d.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\nDangote said the death of his brother came as a great lesson to him and that one has to do good in life as death is certainly inevitable and can come anytime.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\nBola Ahmed Tunubu while condoling the family said \u201dmoney cannot buy life \u201d and if money can buy life one would have used everything he has for his life to be spared\u201d.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\nTinubu said the death of Sani was not for the Dangote family alone because it affects all of his friends and close associates.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\nMeanwhile, a crowd of supporters and some All Progressive Congress (APC) members were on hand to welcome the National Leader of the party to Kano.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\nSani died in a United States of America (USA) hospital, last Sunday, after battling a cancer-related ailment, his remains was brought to Kano and buried at the family cemetery last Tuesday.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\nSince then, Kano has been playing host to high-profile politicians, businessmen and technocrats who have trooped to the state to register their condolence to Dangote and his family.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mail-message-footer spacer collapsible\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Related Posts generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Businessman Aliko Dangote has narrated how his younger brother Sani Dangote died in a Hospital in Miami, America.
