The accusation\u00a0of maltreatment negates the service\u2019s Standard Operation Procedure on the implementation of the rights of a suspect.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div id=\"m_6752512256371845039gmail-vid-container0\"><\/div>\n<p>\u201cKanu enjoys full luxury in the holding facility incomparable to any of its type anywhere in the country. He\u2019s accorded full rights and privileges. Adequate attention is paid to Kanu\u2019s health.
