{"id":90751,"date":"2022-01-15T17:23:23","date_gmt":"2022-01-15T16:23:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/?p=90751"},"modified":"2022-01-15T17:23:23","modified_gmt":"2022-01-15T16:23:23","slug":"2023-ibb-reveals-nigerias-next-ideal-president","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/exclusive\/2023-ibb-reveals-nigerias-next-ideal-president\/","title":{"rendered":"2023: IBB reveals Nigeria\u2019s next ideal President"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"m#msg-f:1722036831168496129\" class=\"mail-message expanded\">\n<div class=\"mail-message-header spacer\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Former military Head of State, Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida (IBB) has advocated for a young President in 2023.<\/div>\n<div class=\"mail-message-content collapsible zoom-normal mail-show-images \" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div class=\"clear\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">IBB said Nigeria\u2019s ideal President must not be an old person like him.<\/p>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\nHe stressed that the country\u2019s next President must be a very good communicator.<\/p>\n<p>IBB noted that Nigeria\u2019s President should be able to engage people on any issue concerning the country.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe should be able to communicate because a president should be able to walk into a group of people and talk to them on issues concerning Nigeria; not all the time but most of the time.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe must have somebody he knows in every part of the country. It is not a tall order.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou could limit it to states, you could limit it to local governments even to the wards if you can but somebody such that once you hear the name, it is somebody you will say, yes, I have heard that name before either in the country or in his profession; if he is a doctor, a journalist or whatever, all areas, we have heard the name before; okay then I will make an effort to know more about him,\u201d he said.<\/p><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\nAs 2023 draws closer, some Nigerians who are advanced in age are beginning to declare their intentions to run for the presidency.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mail-message-footer spacer collapsible\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Related Posts generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Former military Head of State, Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida (IBB) has advocated for a young President in 2023.
