The All Progressives Congress (APC) Caretaker\/Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee (CECPC) has adopted the timetable\/schedule of activities for the 26th February National Convention.<\/p>\n
The party also denied releasing any zoning arrangement for its forthcoming National Convention, slated for Feb. 26, 2022, as being speculated.<\/p>\n
After its 19th regular meeting, Secretary of CECPC, Senator John James Akpanudoedehe said\u00a0 the APC CECPC,did not discuss the zoning arrangement for the party\u2019s forthcoming National Convention.<\/p>\n
He described the report as fake and called on the general public and members of the party to disregard it.<\/p>\n
” I am here to debunk the fake news going round on social media that we have zoned offices, we are yet to meet on the issue of zoning.<\/p>\n
“The news and rumour making the rounds are fake news, we never discussed the issue during our deliberations, people should disregard the story because it is fake news, it is not true,\u201d Akpankudohede said.<\/p>\n
“New national officials are expected to be elected at the APC national convention to manage its affairs which is currently managed by its Gov. Mai Mala Buni-led CECPC.” He said<\/p>\n

*Publication of Sub-Committees \u2013 19\/02\/2022<\/p>\n
*Screening of all aspirants vying for National Offices \u2013 20th \u2013 22nd of February. 2022<\/p>\n
*Screening Appeals to hear and resolve complaints arising from the screening exercise \u2013 23\/02\/2022<\/p>\n
*Accreditation of all statutory and elected delegates to the National Convention \u2013 24th \u2013 25th of February 2022<\/p>\n
