{"id":91204,"date":"2022-01-26T15:45:15","date_gmt":"2022-01-26T14:45:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/?p=91204"},"modified":"2022-01-26T15:45:15","modified_gmt":"2022-01-26T14:45:15","slug":"again-apc-denies-zoning-any-office","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/news\/again-apc-denies-zoning-any-office\/","title":{"rendered":"Again, APC Denies Zoning Any Office"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Yobe State Governor and Chairman of Caretaker Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee of the All Progressives Congress, Mai Mala Buni, on Wednesday warned that the party has not zoned any office neither has he chaired a committee that zoned any office in the party ahead of the February 26 National Convention of the Party.<\/p>\n<p>The convention, which has become a controversial issue within the party, is expected to hold on February 26.<\/p>\n<p>It is at the convention that a substantive national executive would be elected to manage the affairs of the party, which has been under a caretaker committee since the exit of Mr Adams Oshiomhole.<\/p>\n<p>A statement issued by his DG, Press and Media Affairs, Mamman Mohammed read,\u2019\u2019 The attention of His Excellency the Executive Governor of Yobe State\u00a0 and Chairman APC Caretaker Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee,\u00a0 Hon.
