{"id":92984,"date":"2022-03-20T11:14:49","date_gmt":"2022-03-20T10:14:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/?p=92984"},"modified":"2022-03-20T11:14:49","modified_gmt":"2022-03-20T10:14:49","slug":"abiolas-daughter-may-emerge-first-apc-female-youth-leader","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/news\/abiolas-daughter-may-emerge-first-apc-female-youth-leader\/","title":{"rendered":"Abiola\u2019s daughter may emerge first APC female youth leader"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"m#msg-f:1727804476593042957\" class=\"mail-message expanded\">\n<div class=\"mail-message-header spacer\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ahead of the March 26 National Convention of the All Progressives Congress, the daughter of Moshood Kashimawo Abiola, the late philanthropist, \u2018Rinsola Abiola, formalised her bid to vie for the position of the national youth leader of the party.<\/div>\n<div class=\"mail-message-content collapsible zoom-normal mail-show-images \" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div class=\"clear\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\nMiss Abiola obtained the nomination form on Thursday at the party\u2019s national secretariat in Abuja in the company of a large team of supporters drawn from across the country.<\/p>\n<p>If elected, she would become the first young woman to emerge as the national youth leader of a political party in the country.<\/p>\n<p>Her campaign urged members to seize the chance to make history and brighten the party\u2019s progressive ideals. Her supporters described her as one who was committed to the attainment of social justice through the meaningful inclusion of youths and women in leadership.<\/p><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\nAbiola has since expressed her gratitude to her supporters and others who have identified with her aspiration since she made it public.
