{"id":93615,"date":"2022-04-04T15:32:41","date_gmt":"2022-04-04T14:32:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/?p=93615"},"modified":"2022-04-04T15:32:41","modified_gmt":"2022-04-04T14:32:41","slug":"give-us-your-guns-soludo-offers-amnesty-to-ipob-factions-in-anambra","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/news\/give-us-your-guns-soludo-offers-amnesty-to-ipob-factions-in-anambra\/","title":{"rendered":"Give us your guns \u2013 Soludo offers amnesty to IPOB factions in Anambra"},"content":{"rendered":"<div dir=\"auto\">The Governor of Anambra State, Charles Soludo has confirmed that his administration is offering \u201camnesty\u201d to agitators in the State.<\/p>\n<p>Soludo stated this during an interview with Channels Television on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>Over the last months, South-East States, including Anambra, have witnessed a spate of violent attacks and security operatives have borne the major brunt of the onslaught.<\/p>\n<p>This is amid the weekly sit-at-home order on Monday, despite being suspended by the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).<\/p>\n<p>Soludo said: \u201cWithin the agitation movement, we have to agree that there are now factions. There is the one led by one guy in Finland called Simon Ekpa.<\/p><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n\u201cIPOB has come out to accuse that group of being behind much of the criminality in the South-East.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA lot of them in the bush out there are having camps here and there. They come out to kidnap and kill. Once we isolate all the groups that are not involved in this, then we can focus on the criminals.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have also offered them some kind of amnesty.
