Lulu's Mother: Kidnappers demand N200m
Abductors of the embattled ex-Nigerian Football Federation President, Sani
Lulu Abdullahiare demanding a N200m ransom for her release.
On Monday evening, Hajia Laruba Abdullahi, was at gun point taken awat from her
family house in Idah.
Her abductors are asking for N200m ransom from her son, Lulu, who is currently
keeping dates with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Lulu told journalists that the kidnappers called him on Tuesday morning to
admit that they had his mother, Hajia Laruba in their custody.
He said that they later called in the day to make the demand.
Lulu said he told the 'masked' men that he is not in a position to raise such
heavy sum of money.
He said he had retorted: “Where am I going to get such money? adding that he
also told the men that whatever they had read about him making so much money
from his NFF job were from the fragments of the imaginations of those concocting
the stories.
