ACN wins in Oyo, Ogun...Saraki loses in Kwara, tight race in Imo
…Amaechi, Akpabio, Chime win

The Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN), took back Ogun and Oyo from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), in Tuesday's gubernatorial election.

In Oyo, incumbent, Alao Akala of the PDP , was routed by ACN's Senator Abiola Ajimobi, while Senator Ibikunle Amosun beat Gen Tunji Olurin of the PDP with over 150,000 votes.

Babatunde Fashola , Rotimi Amechi, Godswill Akpabio Silvian Chime had easy rides in Lagos, Rivers, Akwa Ibom and Enugu states.

In kwara, Dr Olusola Saraki was again humiliated by his son, Bukola, as the PDP candidate, Abdulfatah Ahmed beat Gbemi Saraki of the Allied Congress Party of Nigeria (ACPN).

In IMO , incumbent , Ikedi Ohakim of the PDP is struggling as APGA's Rochas Okorocha is polling hugely in various cranies of the state. In Delta, Emmanuel Uduaghan is ahead of DPP's Great Ogboru.

As at the time of this report, only Amosun"s victory had been made official
