I will join El-Rufai and expose Jonathan -Pastor Bakare vows
…Says: President inviting chaos

Fiery Pastor of the Later Rain Assembly, Pastor Tunde Bakare has vowed to join Mallam Nasir El-Rufai and other like-minds in exposing the alleged rot and deceit in the Presidency through writings and Preaching.
He described El-Rufai’s arrest as a set-up, an intimidation and harassments of honest men which is capable of triggering chaos.
According to him “the intimidation and harassments of honest men is a trigger point for chaos, vowing that “more are coming, I am joining in the writing, and I am joining in the preaching. Jonathan should remember where he is coming from.”
“In an environment where justice is not done, where the truth does not prevail, it is those who stand for the truth that are punished,” Pastor Bakare said on Sunday during his sermon at the Later Rain Assembly, Lagos.
Bakare, a lawyer and the Vice Presidential candidate of the Congress for Progressive Change, CPC disclosed that Nigeria has no law of sedition and as such, no one can be tried on none existing law.
The radical preacher was speaking against the recent arrest of Mallam El-Rufai who was picked up upon his return to Nigeria from England by men of the State Security Services, SSS, for an alleged seditious writings. He was later released after interrogations.
El-Rufai, a former Minister under President Olusegun Obasanjo’s administration, is a member of ThisDay Newspapers and he maintains a column in ThisDay Newspaper where he writes articles considered in Government circle as “seditious and inciting.”
“Jonathan does not know the proper use of his stolen mandate, there is no law of sedition in our laws. He cannot stand the truth and the moment you cannot stand the truth, God does not hear your prayers anymore. Bakare said.”
Pastor Bakare said “when you begin to misuse your power, heavens will begin to laugh. So many heroes are turning to zeroes, they are hollow and shallow and looking for whom to use.”
According to him, “God is looking for a David and anytime you see a Goliath show up, the throne is about to be vacant. Whenever you experience a rage of the wicked, of the rulers, a season of laughter is around the corner. It is all a set up and those who laugh last, laughs the best.”
He said the arrest of El-Rufai which was widely reported has made him a hero who is standing taller than all the ministers sworn in over the weekend.”
