Twenty four hours after terminally ill President Umaru Musa Yar’Adua was spirited into Nigeria by a loyal flank  led by his wife, Turai, the Acting President, Goodluck Jonathan is yet to set his eyes on his boss or speak with him.

Pointblanknews.com source simply said ‘He (Jonathan) is not in a position to be seen’

According to our source, only Turai, the Chief Security Officer Yusuf Tilde, and Aide De Camp (ADC), Col. Mustapha Onovieda, and a couple of medical staff have access to Yar’Adua .

Pointblanknews.com also learnt that the curious deployment of 300 soldiers in and around the airport and Presidential villa, on the day Yar’Adua was brought into Abuja, has landed the Commander, Brigade of Guards, Brig. Gen. Abdul Mustapha, in hot water.

A top security source told pointblanknews.com that the Chief Of Army Staff (COAS), Gen. AB Dambazzau has issued a query to Mustapha to explain why he deployed troops without clearance from the Acting President and office of the COAS.

Also, Governors, ministers, and the top brass of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), have been completely fenced from Yar’Adua, who is still believed to wired up in an ambulance in the villa . The reason he is still in the ambulance is because the multibillion naira Villa Clinic intensive care unit, is not ready for a patient is such vegetative state.

According to our source, Yar’Adua relapsed before departing Saudi Arabia that doctors at the Jeddah hospital advised that he be placed in a hospice, which handles such patients.

Meanwhile spokesman, Segun Adeniyi on Thursday in Abuja properly addressed Goodluck Jonathan as the’Acting president’. In his earlier statement, he tagged Jonathan ‘the Vice President’.

Speaking to the Nigeria Television Authority (NTA), in Abuja Thursday night, Adeniyi said Jonathan is still the Acting President, and that all service chiefs, should take orders from his office. According to him, Jonathan is still in charge of all state affairs as commander-in chief, and that his present status has the backing of Yar’Adua.
