Is President Yar'Adua really still alive?

In all seriousness, can someone really come out and tell the nation if President Umaru Musa Yar’Adua, who was flown into the country three weeks ago from Saudi Arabia is actually still alive. It is our (citizens) right to know; nobody can dispute this.

What is the mystery surrounding the present condition of our President? When he was in Saudi Arabia, we were constantly deceived with conflicting lies and even now that he is back the style of his handlers has not changed. The arrowhead for the epic lies is suspected to be the First Lady, Hajiya Turai who is being supported by President Yar’Adua’s kitchen and closet cabinet. The President is now here in Nigeria with us; yet we are not allowed to see him or hear his voice. Let us hear him again through the BBC if we cannot through the FRCN.

These have led me to ask: “Is our President Yar’Adua still really alive?” We can now consider as epic, those lies that we were fed all along with while the President was still in a foreign land. Even as he was flown back into the country, his Media Adviser, Mr. Adeniyi, lied that the President we are yet to see or hear his voice, had asked him to inform Nigerians that the Vice-President (or was it acting President) should continue acting for him until he is fit. We hear that Yar’Adua does not recognize anyone that comes around him, talk less speaking; then how was it that he instructed Adeniyi to say what he claimed the President instructed? Mr. Adeniyi is also culpable.

I sincerely beg them all, on behalf of Nigerians, to allow the President be; allow Nigeria be; allow the truth be; and above all, allow the Constitution be. The humiliation is getting out of hand.
