The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC released the list of Presidential candidates ahead of the April Polls, leaving out Atiku Abubakar, Presidential Candidate of the Action Congress, AC.

This is even as Abubakar has dragged the electoral commission to court, challenging INEC over his exclusion from the April Presidential polls.

Just last week, INEC vowed that it would go ahead to exclude Atiku from contesting the polls despite the ruling of an Abuja High court that it has no powers to exclude candidates.
