HRJPF to mark ‘democracy’ day in cemetery
As part of its plan to mark the “Democracy” Day, the Human Rights Justice and Peace Foundation [HRJPF] will organize a public lecture on the theme “Democracy or Evilcracy in Abia State.”
Date: May 29, 2009
Venue: Aba Cemetry
Time: 12:00 noon prompt
Other highlights of the epoch making include:
1) X-ray of Governor Orji’s two years in office;
2) Mock trial of the lying and thieving Governor of Abia State, Dr. T.A. Orji for his crime against humanity;
3) Speeches from eminent rights activists, student unionist, religious leaders, labour leaders, and constitutional lawyers on the threat to Nigeria’s Democracy by the continued stay in office by Governor Orji; and
4) Launching of T.A. Orji Must Go Campaign Organization.
The choice of Aba cemetery as venue of the event is that in it lie 32 innocent people abducted, detained in a dark and unventilated 12/12 dungeon, and tortured with barbed wire/machetes by the notorious Bakassi boys, the private army of the looting governor of Abia, Dr. Orji.
