LAGOS AC CALLS TO MIND THE INDESTRUCTIBILTY OF CHIEF ABIOLA.

On the eleventh anniversary of the death of Chief MKO Abiola, the Lagos State chapter of the Action Congress has concluded that the country is doomed if it continues to pretend that the cause for which Chief Abiola gallantly fought and was murdered, should be interred with his bones. The party therefore says that it has come to the inescapable position that Nigeria must go back to the hallowed issues, which underpinned the epic June 12 struggle or gradually go to extinction, as the present state of the nation portends.

In a release in Lagos, signed by the party’s Lagos State Publicity Secretary of the AC, Joe Igbokwe, Lagos AC said that the murder of Chief Abiola and the ruining of his vast business empire have still not been met with appropriate justice while the unusual beneficiaries of his struggle indulge in the most indecent acts of gluttony at the expense of the long-suffering masses. It therefore warned that the spirit of Abiola and all those that were brutally murdered for standing up for justice must be made to rest peacefully for the country to retrace the present march to perdition.

“When we consider that the present democracy for which all manners of reprobates are having an unending feast, was secured with the blood of Chief Abiola and many other martyrs of justice, we feel sad that nothing is being done to immortalize them. It is a known fact that the military would still have been sitting pretty over all of us today if Chief Abiola never elected to fight for justice the way and manner he did. It is universally known that the shedding of his blood was an act the cabal that still prosecute the destruction of Nigeria felt was necessary for them to continue their ruinous business in Nigeria hence the compromised democracy we got as a result of this heinous crime

“Lagos AC is sad that the same genre of rapists and blood-thirsty cabal that planned and ensured the annulment of Chief Abiola’s mandate, was the same that planned and murdered him and is still the one that has taken undue liberty with the dysfunctional democracy that was given to us a compensatory Greek gift ten years ago. His murders sit pretty of our supposed democratic order and have spread their murderous tentacles to all facets of the country and have practically finished a vibrant and well-endowed country. This is a true but sad picture of a Nigeria that is today lying prostrate at the feet of horrible and clearly incompetent leadership that thrives in the execution of conspiracies and crimes against the brightest and best of the country.

“We warn that continued dancing on the grave of Chief Abiola portends grave destructive omen for this country. We warn that if nothing is done to immortalize Chief Abiola and pay restitution for his many businesses that was destroyed by the vermin that still plan and prosecute our decimation as a nation, the country will dearly pay for this in the not so distant future. We remember, today, the valiant and indestructible spirit of Chief MKO Abiola and the many martyrs of the struggle and as we wish them continued rest in eternal peace, we call that all patriots should unite and take a decisive stand to rescue this country from immediate collapse in the hands of the perennial power cabals.”
