Buhari, Falae, Atiku meet on state of the nation
Prominent leaders in the country under the aegis of Mega Summit Movement, MSM will meet in Lagos on Thursday, 20 August 2009 to discuss the state of the nation
The parley which is also designed to consider the forthcoming National Summit on Democracy proposed to hold in Abuja on October 1, 2009 will also take proposals on the much awaited peoples’ Mega Party expected to be launched before the end of the year.
According to a statement issued in Lagos on Tuesday by Alhaji Hamisu San Turaki, Director of Media and Publicity of MSM, the meeting will also endorse specific action plan bordering on its private member’s bill and the proposed mass rally for political reform.
Expected at the special session are leading members of the movement including; General Muhammadu Buhari, Alhaji Atiku Abubarkar, Chief Olu Falae, Prof Pat Utomi, Mr Ken Enahoro among other prominent leaders of the movement mobilizing Nigerians for unlimited electoral reforms.
