PRESS RELEASE
T. A. ORJI GOVERNORSHIP: NCP CALLS FOR A REVOLUTION
Our attention has been drawn to a recent story published by the Tell magazine entitled “A Governor in Chains.”
According to the story, the morally bankrupt and commercially over=ambitious governor of Abia State, Chief T. A. Orji, took an oath at the infamous, notorious, fetish and satanic Eketenshi ( Basket of Evil) Shrine at Igbere (former governor Kalu’s country home) in Bende Local Government Area of Abia State, to resign six months after swearing-in in order to pave way for the emergence of Mascot Nsiegbe, aka Mascot Uzor Kalu (his immediate past successor’s younger brother) as governor.
We are not surprised that Orji whose election manifesto is the 100-count charges of corruption hanging around his neck, took an oath to pay an allegiance to the immediate past criminal governor, Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu. The shocking revelation has vindicated our stand that his governorship is the pathway to hell for Abians. It is a continuation of the senseless ruination of Abia State, which Kalu started.
We therefore call upon Abians to revolt against Orji’s governorship through:
1. Non-payment of taxes and levies to his government;
2. Disobedience to any laws made by the State House of Assembly;
3. Regular peaceful demonstrations against his government; and
4. Indefinite sit-at-home action against his government.
We strongly believe that it is through non-violent mass action that the evil, satanic and wicked administration instituted by Kalu through corruption of the electoral process, that Abians can be delivered from bondage.
