CONGRATULATIONS ADAMS OSHIOMHOLE

CONGRATULATIONS JUDICIARY

Conference of Nigeria Political Parties {CNPP}, congratulates Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, for his victory at the Appeal Court Benin.  We salute Comrade Oshiomhole for his resilience, perseverance and commitment for following the marathon due process route to recover his stolen mandate.

We also congratulate the Nigerian Judiciary, for upholding the verdict of the lower tribunal, thus serving the course of justice; especially the President of Appeal Court, Justice Umaru Abdullahi, who is on salvage mission of an Appeal Court that has turned into Black-Sheep and the weakest link in the judiciary chain.

We hope sincerely that Justice Abdullahi will demonstrate the same piety and candour in the outstanding cases before his court, like Ondo,Osun, Ogun etc; by delivering justice without fear or favour, no matter whose ox is gored.

CNPP is of the considered view, that the only way an Obama can be produced in Nigeria, is when the sanctity of the ballot box is upheld, when the doctrine of separation of powers and independence of the judiciary is consummated and the aggrieved can repose confidence in the judiciary.
