The Concerned Niger Deltans For Sustainable Development (CNDSD) has warned George Kelly (AKA Cynthia Whyte), the front-man and brain behind the activities of Reformed Niger Delta Avengers (RNDA) to refrain from threatening President Muhammadu Buhari GCFR and oil installations across the Niger Delta region for personal interests.
CNDSD wants the security agencies and well-meaning Nigerians to know that George Kelly (AKA Cynthia Whyte) has pending contract payments at the Amnesty office and seek to be in Prof. Dokubo’s good books by making the following statement on Sahara Reporters on the 12th Sept. 2019 “RNDA want to make it clear that any attempt to remove or to replace Dokubo would lead to collateral damage on all oil facilities and oil installations. We will cripple all the major oil pipelines in the creek of Niger Delta. Enough of this infighting, blackmail and outright falsehoods against Prof. Charles Dokubo. A word is enough for the wise.” CNDSD has vowed to expose all criminal-minded individuals whose aims are to exploit the people of the region for personal interest.
The developmental challenges facing the Niger Delta region and it’s people are too great for anyone to place their personal interest against the aspirations of those seeking good governance.
Comrade Okpokeme J. Waripamowei, in an interview stated that in early August 2019, the Presidency had asked Prof. Dokubo to prepare his hand-over notes and immediately hand-over to the most senior civil servant at the Amnesty office. The Presidency was concerned and embarrassed at the unimaginable level of corruption and public funds looting at the Amnesty office. The Presidency was more concerned with security reports detailing fraudulent contracts and payments of over N10Billion, the looting of the N60 Billion Boro-Town training facility in Bayelsa state to cover up the over N13Billion in fraudulent contracts and payments totaling over N23Billion ($64 Million USD) between 2018 – 2019.
CNDSD vehemently call on President Muhammadu Buhari GCFR, the National Security Adviser, Maj. Gen. Babagana Mohammed Monguno (retd.), Alhaji AbbaKyari, the Hon. Chief of Staff to President Muhammadu Buhari GCFR, and Boss Mustafa, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation to immediately fire, probe, and prosecute Prof. Charles Quaker Dokubo, the Coordinator of the Niger Delta Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP).
Comrade Okpokeme J. Waripamowei, further called on the President to not allow his war on corruption be seen as scam and as a means to punish his opposition only while allowing an alleged internationally known criminal like Prof. Dokubo to flourish in his government, with access to signing N5Billion ($14 Million USD) monthly payments for fraudulent non-existent contracts.
Signed: Comrade Okpokeme J. Waripamowei,
Secretary (CNDSD).
