Today is a black Monday in Maiduguri, the Borno state capital as suspected Boko Haram members shot dead four teachers in two separate schools while students sustained gun shot injuries.
The deceased which include female teachers were shot dead inside their classroom by suspected Boko Haram terrorist.
The gunmen were said to have invaded the schools where they shot sporadically leaving a total of four teachers dead.
Pointblanknews.com gathered that unconfirmed number of students were said to be critically injured having been hit by bullets.
The military forces have since blocked all roads leading to the schools while others schools within the areas left abruptly for fear of being attacked.
The state government has however condemned the attack and assure the citizens that government with take proactive measure to safeguard lives and properties.
