35 Killed As Boko Haram Continues Killing Spree In Borno

This is certainly not a good time for the people of Borno state as 
Suspected Islamic Militants group,  Boko Haram  on Sunday night attacked
and Killed at least 35 persons in Mafa Local government Area of  Borno
State, Pointblanknews.com gathered.

The death toll arising from attacks within the last three days alone is
put at 125 , making more residents to flee trouble spots

The Boko Haram terrorist were said to have been numbering over 100 stormed
Mafa town and stated shooting at every one on sight including women and
Children

The Police Commissioner in Borno State Lawal Tanko  confirmed the incident
today on phone  but could not give details.

" Yes there was an attack in Mafa yesterday but I don't have details now".

But according to a fleeing resident  Mohammed Kabiru  " we counted 35 dead
bodies including a woman today and three policemen. Most of the victims
have since been buried according to Islamic injunctions "

"The terrorist had invaded our Community last night in their numbers some
of us were so lucky to we escaped in to the bush." Kabiru said.
