The Case Against Onnoghen-EFCC

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has documented the alleged corruption of suspended Chief Justice of the Federation, Mr. Walter Onnoghen, according to a letter signed by its Acting Chairman, Ibrahim Magu and sent to President Mohammadu Buhari.

The letter detailed accounts and financial transactions carried out by Onnoghen in flagrant abuse of civil service rules.

Magu in the letter also alerted the President of the difficulty it has been for the agency in carrying out a thorough investigation of the embattled CJN.
