The Joint Task Force (JTF) operating in Maiduguri, the Borno State capital last night declared top 19 boko haram leaders wanted in connection with terrorist activities particularly in the North East Zone of Nigeria
Spokesman of the JTF Lieutenant Colonel Sagir Musa disclose this in an e-mail statement sent to reporters in Maiduguri.
The JTF also place cash rewards for any person that can give vital information that could lead to the arrest of the wanted terrorist leaders.
According to the JTF the terrorist are responsible” for the killings, bombings and assassination of some civilians, religious leaders, traditional rulers, businessmen, politicians, civil servants and security personnel amongst others. They are also wanted for arson and destruction of properties worth of millions of Naira.”
