towards the victory of Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi, both President and
Vice-Presidential candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, at the
Presidential election in 2019.
Ugwuanyi told Pointblanknews.com that as a committed and loyal party
member, he is prepared to do all it takes to unite the party and the South
East region to deliver 100 per cent votes to the PDP presidential ticket.
He said all the disagreements that came up over the choice of Peter Obi as
running mate to Abubakar are being sorted out for a united front, assuring
that the South East will do all it takes deliver all the votes for the
Atiku/Obi ticket.
“Peter Obi has been my friend for a long time even before he was nominated
as a VP. He is a good man and I believe he is a good choice. I am
committed to his choice and the decision of our great party and I would
work towards our victory,” Ugwuanyi told pointblanknews.com
“I am committed to the Atiku/Obi project. I vowed to do all to ensure
victory come 2019.
“I am determined to help unite Igbos. I am a loyal to PDP member and
whatever decisions reached by my party is what I follow.”
He said any story contrary to that are rumors from detractors.
