$2BILLION BANK DEBT: NESTOIL, NECONDE, DEMAND $40MILLION REFUND FROM LAWYERS AFTER SUPREME COURT DEFEAT

After suffering defeat at the Supreme Court, embattled Nestoil, Neconde have now demanded a refund of $40million paid to their lawyers to secure victory at the apex court, according to an insider.

An embattled Nestoil, Neconde and her owners had mobilized and allegedly paid $40million to Wole Olanipekun, Bode Olanipekun, Muiz Banire and Ojukwu Chikaosula to obtain a favorable judgement at the apex court in a case of $2billion debt owed consortium of Banks.

The same scheme was used at the Federal High Court when Justice John Terhemba Tsoho, the Chief Judge of Nigeria’s Federal High Court, in cohort with the Olanipekuns, Banire and Ojukwu, allegedly collected $5million to vacate an order restraining Nestoil Limited and its affiliates from tampering with their assets following a $1billion debt.

The lawyers had assured the embattled oil companies that they can adopt the same scheme at the Supreme Court and save Nestoil and Neconde from paying their debts

Having lost the case at the Supreme Court, Nextoil, Neconde and her owners are demanding a refund of the $40million from the lawyers, an insider has said.

Nestoil, Neconde and her owners have been attempting to use all manner of schemes to arm-twist the judiciary and escape paying their debts of about $2billion owed consortium of Banks.

The Supreme Court has now ordered that aside the case returning to the Appeal court to determine Nestoil, Neconde representation, the troubled oil company must pay their debt.
