Interestingly, Falae nearly missed the flight because he was waiting for Akinrinade . Falae got to the airport five minutes before departure.

Falae, who was a representative of the Ondo state government and chairman funeral committee, had asked Akinrinade to join him for the trip to Akure at his Dolphin Estate home in Lagos.

But by some twist of fate, Bayo, a business man, missed the trip. Pointblanknews.com learnt that Akinrinade who lives Maryland had called his bossom friend to give him a while to arrive Dolphin.

But while on his way, Akinrinade made detour for the office where his staff asked him to drop in and sign an urgent document that morning.

It was gathered that Falae, who became impatient left for the airport . But he left a note with his domestic staff that simply said ‘ Bayo I’m off let’s meet in Akure’

Sources close to the duo said Akinrinade was very upset when he kept calling Falae without luck. When he got to Dolphin his friend was gone.

Said the source ” it was just God. Bayo was very angry he felt bad because Deji did not wait for him. As a matter of fact Deji got to the airport at the last minute for the trip.”
