Buhari blasts Jonathan’s administration over Chibok girls

President Muhammadu Buhari, Wednesday, blasted the past administration for he suggested to be a shoddy handling of the Chibok girls saga.‎  According to him, conflicting reports from that  administration,   and the security agencies shortly after the abduction, portrayed the last administration in bad light locally and internationally.  President Buhari stated this when he granted audience to members of the BringBackOurGirls group.  According to him, the response from government over the incident was far from being impressive and unfortunate.   We cannot rationalise the government’s incompetence in handling this issue,” he said.  The President however reiterated the commitment of his administration to mobilise and deal with the scourge of terrorism across the country, insisting that members of the Boko Haram sect could not claim to be propagating Islam and that they should think of changing their name to something else.  Sent from my BlackBerry 10 smartphone.
