With Nigeria’s General Elections a few days away, Nigerians have been expressing frustration picking up their Personal Voters Card, PVC from the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.
Cross section of Nigerians who expressed their frustrations on Twitter accused INEC of attempting to disenfranchising them ahead of the crucial elections.
While some voters claim INEC is attempting to disenfranchise voters from the South South and South East part of Nigeria, others said they have been waiting to get their PVCs since 2017.
A lady noted with dismay that her PVC, when issued, had the picture of a man.
