Gulak Takes Over As PDP National Chairman

The former Political Adviser to former President Goodluck Jonathan Alhaji

Ahmed Ali Gulak has reportedly assumed the Chairmanship of the Peoples’
Democratic Party (PDP)

Gulak has also purportedly cancelled the planned congress being planned by
the Uche Secondus led PDP.
Gulak assumption of duty was based on the declarative judgment by the High
Court in Abuja, on the 16th December 2015, which ordered Prince Secondus
to vacate office as the Acting Chairman of PDP, not later than 29th
December 2015, and hand over to Gulak or any other person from the
North-East zone of Nigeria.
