President Goodluck Jonathan has reportedly call Gen. Mohammdu Buhari of the All Progressive Congress, APC, to congratulate him.
Presidential sources told Pointblanknews.com that the President called the APC candidate shortly after INEC announced votes from Sokoto State and it became apparent the PDP has lost.
Sources also confirmed that both leaders would be meeting soon on how best to move the country forward.
