The National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party, Olisa Metuh, on Tuesday slumped at a public event in the party’s secretariat.
Pointblanknews.com learnt that Metuh was about to take his spot besides Kemah Chikwe, when he slipped off his chair to the floor.
He was given first aid and rushed to the National Hospital, Abuja.
The incident occurred during the inauguration of the Yobe and Borno states caretaker committees at the Wadata Plaza party secretariat.
A source told Pointblanknews.com
that Metuh was being treated at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the National Hospital.
“He is inside the intensive care unit, I am outside” he told Pointblanknews.com.
