NLC Gives Tinubu Government 7 Days Strike Notice Over Anti-Masses Policies

by Our Reporter
The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) has given the President Bola Tinubu-led government seven days to reverse all politicies considered to anti-masses.
The NLC vowed to proceed on nationwide strike from August 2 if the government fails to reverse the controversial policies which include the removal of fuel subsidy that has led to hikes in the price of Premium Motor Spirit otherwise known as petrol.

Meanwhile, the NLC has directed its affiliates and state councils to mobiliise workers, civil society organisations and other Nigerians for an enduring strike action and mass protests.

The mass action commence should the government fail to meet its demands.
