A memo exclusively obtained by Pointblanknews.com dated 15th February, 2022 and signed by the Investigative/Disciplinary Panel Chairman, Barr. Zubairu N. Salihu shows that Hon. Jubrin is to face the panel on Friday, 18th February 2022.
According to the memo, the invitation is also premised on the fact that Hon. Jubrin ” deliberately refused” to respond to a query earlier sent to him as mandated by the rules of Rules of Public Service.
The memo reads: “Please recall the query issued to you by the Managng Director/CE over allegations of serious misconduct in the course of your official duties and your deliberate refusal to respond to the query as required by the Rules of Public Service as applicable to public Officers.
“In furtherance of the above the Governing Board at ts 3rd Regular meeting held on Tuesday 2nd February. 2022 had set up an Investigatve/Discaplinary Panel to investigate all the alleged serious misconducts leveled against you.
“Consequently you are kindly invited to attend the Governg Board’s Investigative/Disciplinary Panel’s hearing as follows
“Date: Friday, 18th February, 2022 Venue: Boardroom of the Authority, FHA Asokoro, Abuja Time: 3.00 pm
“On the specified date, the question of the disciplinary action against you including termination or dismissal (if necessary) will be brought forward and you are required to appear before the Panel personally to defend yourself.”
It further added: “Your are also entitied to call Witnesses, if need be. Please further note that your failure to appear will not invaidate the proceedings of the Panel.
“This invitation is issued in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 8 2. 0 of the Federal Housing Authority Revised Condition of Service, 2008 and Section 030307 of the Pubic Service Ruses (2009).”
