Tribunal Declares Adeleke Winner of Osun Governorship Election

The Osun State Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Abuja
has declared the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and its candidate in the
2018 governorship election in the state, Senator Ademola Adeleke as winner

It held that the All Progressives Congress and its candidate, Gboyega
Oyetola, were not validly returned.

The Tribunal ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC,
to immediately issue certificate of return to the PDP Candidate.
