Bayelsa Stare deputy Governor, Senator Lawrence Ewhrudjakpor today presented his NYSC discharge certificate before the State Elections Petitions Tribunal, Abuja, becoming the first Governor/Deputy Governor to waive his immunity to honour a court summons.
