Suspected Boko Haram members yesterday killed four persons in Damboa town 87 Kilometres away from Maiduguri, Borno State Capital.
A fire service officer , Hassan Maina, and Mallam Ndajara Ndahi of Borno state High Court, were shot dead by suspected Boko Haram terrorist says Borno State Police spokesman Gideon Jibrin said today.
Two other local security guards were also killed when the terrorist attacked and burnt down Damboa local council secretariat complex, housing estate and fire service office Jubrin said on phone today.
“We received the reports of multiple attacks and bombings of three public buildings, including the fire service station of Damboa this morning by suspected gunmen of Boko Haram terrorist.”
” the gunmen used improvised Explosive Devises (IEDS) and cans of petrol in torching the public buildings in Damboa” adding that” no policeman was killed during the attack .”
