We should continue to do things that will elevate the Guild, whatever will
promote journalism, whatever that will promote the body,” she said.
Egbemode, the second female president of the NGE after late Mrs Remi Oyo,
said the body would change for the better.
“For the time I will be in the saddle, the guild will change for the
better, will become more visible.
“We have produced commissioners, spokespersons of the President, NNPC GGM

pool where the nation drinks,” she said.
The president assured that the NGE would continue to produce quality
people that would serve the nation.
