According to him “Duke (Obaigbena) has brought resilience he used to midwife his Thisday into NPAN and has within a term of two years delivered on his promises to the association . His return as the President of NPAN is therefore well deserved.”

Recalling the efforts which Obaigbena deployed in soliciting support for the passage of Freedom of Information (FOI )Act , the President of the Senate noted that but this quick intervention by the NPAN President and his team , the Act could have suffered more delays.
