Super Eagles legends Austin “Jay-Jay” Okocha and John Okocha, Mikel Reunite in Morocco as Super Eagles Beat Algeria Obi reunited in Morocco to cheer on Nigeria’s emphatic 2-0 victory over Algeria at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).
The former captains were spotted on the sidelines, proudly donning the national colours and boosting the team’s morale.

Mikel Obi, who had warned the Eagles against conceding first and praised Algeria’s quality ahead of the match, could not have been happier. His hopes came true as Nigeria dominated the Desert Forces from start to finish.
