Poor Leadership Bane Of Nigerian Problems

Imo state governor, Owelle Rochas Okorocha has identified poor leadership as the greatest problem facing Nigeria as a nation.

Gov. Okorocha stated this over the weekend at the Ikemba Ojukwu Convention Center, Owerri during the launching of a Book titled “Essay on Contemporary Issues of Law” written by his Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Barr. Soronnadi Njoku.

The governor urged Nigerians to elect right  people into leadership position so as to get right follower-ship at all levels of government.

While frowning at the level of insecurity in the country, Gov. Okorocha posited that if the wealth of the nation had equitably distributed, there wouldn’t have been Boko Haram in the north nor kidnapping in the southern part of the country.

Gov.  Okorocha urged the people to pray for the nation and leaders so as to build a better Nigeria that will offer equal opportunities to the people.

Owelle Rochas Okorocha who is worried about the incessant killing of innocent Nigerians especially the Igbos, applauded the Igbos for keeping peace in the nation.

He applauded the initiative of his attorney-general in writing the book and urged him to sustain the spirit with which he had deployed in carrying out his official duties as chief law officer of the state.
